How to Use:

Preparation Method (for Traditional Dishes like Chakka Puzhukku):
Soak 200 g of dried jackfruit slices in clean water for 3 hours
Once soaked, the slices will expand — squeeze out excess water.
Rinse again and steam cook for about 30 minutes until soft.
In a separate bowl, grind a coarse mix of grated coconut, green chilies, turmeric, curry leaves, and shallots.
Add the coconut mix to the steamed jackfruit, sprinkle salt, and simmer for a few minutes.
Serve hot with Kantari mulaku chutney or non-veg curry — a nostalgic Kerala favorite!
