How to Use:

Preparation of Banana Porridge (for babies & kids):

  Take 2 tablespoons (approx. 20g) of KADS Ethakkaya Podi in a vessel.

  Add 180 ml of milk or water and mix well without lumps.

  Boil the mixture for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously.

  Add jaggery, palm sugar, or country sugar for natural sweetness.

  Optionally, add a spoon of ghee for added flavor and nutrition.

  Serve warm and fresh.

For Adults:
