Preparation Method for Kids

For Babies Under 1 Year:

  Add 2 tablespoons of powder to 1 cup of boiling water.

  Stir well to avoid lumps.

  Cook on medium flame until thick and smooth.

  Add a pinch of jaggery, country sugar, or palm candy if desired.

  Finish with a teaspoon of pure homemade ghee and serve warm.

For Babies Above 1 Year

Prepare the same way, but use milk (cow/buffalo/formula) instead of water.

Serve warm and fresh.

For Adults:
